Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags, seals, certificates, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering will not be eligible for return. The original purchase receipt or invoice must be included with the return request.

Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made jewellery, engraved pieces, resized items, personalized orders, and products purchased during clearance or special promotional events. These pieces are crafted uniquely based on customer preferences and cannot be resold.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our Customer Support team and provide the order number, contact details, and reason for return. Our team will evaluate the request and provide instructions for securely shipping the item back to us. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once the returned item is received, our Quality Control team will inspect the product to ensure that it meets return eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 2–3 business days. If approved, a refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For bank transfer and cash purchases, additional verification may be required.

If a product is received damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges may be allowed for eligible items, subject to product availability. If the chosen item is priced higher, the customer must pay the difference. If lower, the balance may be refunded or converted into store credit.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the policy.
