Once your order is confirmed, our team begins the process of quality checking, packaging, and preparing your item for dispatch. Standard processing time is typically 1–3 business days, though additional time may be required for custom-made, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery. Should there be any unexpected delay, our team will notify you promptly.
We offer secure and insured shipping across the country (and international destinations where applicable). All shipments are packaged in protective, tamper-proof materials to ensure safe delivery. For high-value jewellery, we use trusted courier partners who specialize in secure handling. A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt.
Estimated delivery time varies depending on location. For metropolitan areas, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Remote areas may require additional time. Please note that delivery timelines may be influenced by national holidays, natural events, or courier company delays. Sananda Jewellers & Diamond is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we do assist customers in tracking and resolving issues.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to monitor delivery progress directly through our courier partner’s website. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import regulations vary by country. Such charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend verifying local regulations before placing an order.
Once the package is delivered and signed for, the responsibility transfers to the customer. If the product arrives with visible damage or tampering, customers must report it immediately to our customer service team within 24 hours.
