At Sananda Jewellers & Diamond, we understand that circumstances may arise where customers need to cancel an order. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth operations for both the customer and our team.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not already been shipped or entered the production stage. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our Customer Support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email with the order number and reason for cancellation. Once we verify the request, we will process the cancellation and issue a confirmation.

For ready-made jewellery, if the cancellation request is made before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated. However, once the item has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, and customers must follow the Return Policy guidelines instead.

For custom-made items—including engraved pieces, specially resized jewellery, personalized orders, bespoke designs, or made-to-order diamond pieces—cancellations may not be possible after production begins. These items require special craftsmanship, materials, and design work, which cannot be reversed once initiated. If cancellation is still possible, a partial deduction may apply to cover design or production costs incurred up to that point.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. If the payment was made via cash or bank transfer, refunds may require additional verification to ensure secure processing.

In situations where pricing errors, product inaccuracies, or stock unavailability occur, Sananda Jewellers & Diamond reserves the right to cancel an order from our side. In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or alternative solutions.

Once a cancellation is processed, the customer will receive an email confirmation. We advise customers to retain all communication for reference.
